Zillah is co-founder and CEO of Phase Space VR, a tech-powered mental health platform for young people in education. Phase Space provides immediate, effective mental health first aid in schools, giving support when and where it’s most needed. The former head of BBC VR, Zillah is an industry leader in scalable mass-market VR production and has won numerous awards for her work. She developed the world’s first large scale shared headset VR distribution model, pioneered in public libraries across the UK. Her proven innovation and digital transformation expertise ranges from leading content curation for the launch of BBC iPlayer Radio to using AI to search the BBC's extensive programme archives. Zillah is an Honorary professor of VR at UCL and a visiting lecturer at Goldsmiths and the London Interdisciplinary School. She studied Law at the University of Oxford and qualified as a barrister.
