Pinky is the force behind the Women of the Future Programme, a portfolio of global events and networks that, for over 20 years, has championed female leadership. She is also Founder of the 50 Leading Lights Campaign both in the UK and Southeast Asia, which celebrates phenomenal, kind leaders and stimulates radical shifts in the global leadership conversation. In addition, Pinky is a fellow of the GSA; an associate fellow of Saïd Business School; an ambassador for the Tiffany Circle of the Red Cross, and a trustee of the Royal Commonwealth Society.
