Dex is a leading thinker on AI and society, with two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and global power. He has advised Elon Musk at SpaceX, Mark Zuckerberg at Meta, Eric Schmidt at Google, and UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. Dex steered global communications and marketing for Google DeepMind before beginning a new chapter in public service. Last year, he announced the launch of the Center for Tomorrow, an urgent international effort to identify how to build successful societies in the coming decades. He is also advising the UK Government as a non-executive board member at HM Treasury.
