Shu Fei Grindlay is a Special Adviser to the Prime Minister. Formerly, a Director in EY’s Transformation practice who focussed on Government and Infrastructure delivery programmes. She is passionate about driving impact in local communities and has focussed on service redesign and digital transformation in debt, homelessness, and social care. With a background in communications and electronics engineering she brings enthusiasm for using technology to achieve improved societal outcomes. Her current work in Government is about creating meaningful partnerships across private, public and third sector to deliver change.
