Materials Lead, ClientEarth
Tatiana is the Materials Lead at ClientEarth, where she develops and oversees the implementation of legal projects on issues related to plastics and chemicals. She joined ClientEarth in January 2018. Her work includes: advocacy on the adoption and implementation of the Single-Use plastics Directive, five challenges against the permit for the largest petrochemical plant in Europe, a lawsuit against the European Commission’s first delegated act under the Taxonomy Regulation, a successful court intervention defending regulations on single-use plastics, and greenwashing challenges against multinational companies. Tatiana qualified as a lawyer in Colombia, where she practiced environmental litigation for four years before moving to London.
