Shruti is Director of Strategy and Operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Meta, where she is responsible for shaping the go-to-market and resourcing model for over 75 countries. Shruti joined Meta in 2015, overseeing various regional and global initiatives to strengthen Meta’s business operations, client and partner relationships to drive efficient revenue growth. Shruti is Chair of the Board of Trustees of BelEve UK, working to equip young women with the skills, support and confidence to become the next generation of leaders.
