COP27 President Youth Envoy
Omnia served as the first Youth Envoy to the President of COP27 – the conference’s first official role of its kind – and has represented more than 1.3 million medical students worldwide at the last four UN Climate Change Conferences. She has facilitated extensive training in climate and health in 15 countries and participates on numerous boards and committees in the sector, including as a commissioner at the Lancet-Chatham House Commission on Post-COVID Population Health.
