The 2026 Agenda
Courageous Leadership: rising to the challenge
The 2026 Women of the Future Summit will explore what it means to lead with courage and purpose in uncertain times. Together, we’ll unpack the courage it takes not just to challenge injustice, but to lead with authenticity, resilience and integrity. We’ll meet those inspiring leaders who are showing bold leadership in their work on critical issues, such as human rights, climate justice or diversity, and we’ll focus on the practical skills needed to influence in a world being rapidly shaped by new technology.
