Over the past 25 years, Rachel has served in technology leadership and transformation roles at ABN Amro, M&S Money, HSBC, ACE Group, and BT, working across EMEA, ASPAC, NA, and LATAM. She joined WPP in 2020 to lead the creation of a new global IT organisation and a multi-year digital transformation programme. Rachel is passionate about building diverse teams and inclusive cultures and giving back through volunteering. She has been named one of the top 30 global executives driving gender equality by HERoes and one of the top 10 Inspirational Leaders at the 2020 British LGBT awards. Rachel has served as board chair of FACT, the UK’s leading digital and immersive arts charity, and is a trustee of Macmillan, the cancer support charity.
