James is a leading performance nutritionist. He has worked extensively with Arsenal FC, England Football, France Football (2018 World Cup winners), Chelsea FC, UEFA, and Team GB athletes and teams over three successful Olympic Games. He was previously elected President of the Royal Society of Medicine’s Food and Health Forum. James is Founder of Intra Performance Group, a global consultancy that provides performance nutrition services to elite athletes, business executives and headline musicians. He is a registered Sport and Exercise Nutritionist (SENr) and author of The Energy Plan.
