Elizabeth is a Kenyan environment and climate activist. She is Head of Campaigns at the Wangari Maathai Foundation, a not-for-profit that inspires courageous leadership, and Founder of the Green Generation Initiative, which encourages young people in Kenya to be environmentally conscious. In 2019, Elizabeth was awarded the Africa Green Person of the Year Award by the Eleven Eleven Twelve Foundation and named one of the 100 Most Influential Young Africans by the Africa Youth Awards.
