Global Lead, Client Experience – Operations, Accenture
Arundhati Chakraborty is senior managing director and the global lead for Client Experience – Operations at Accenture. She is responsible for driving transformational change for clients and helping them be future-ready through the power of intelligent operations. Arundhati leads a team of more than 165,000 people, serving over 1,200 clients across 50 delivery centers. Within Accenture, Arundhati was previously the Global Transformation lead for Operations and had also served as Operations service delivery lead in the Philippines. A passionate people developer, she has helped build exceptional teams across the world and spearheaded multiple learning programs for upskilling and reskilling talent. Arundhati has more than 15 years’ experience in the information technology-enabled services/business process outsourcing (ITES/BPO) industry. Prior to Accenture, she held senior leadership positions for Mphasis, Target and Hewlett-Packard where she gained extensive experience in shared services, mergers and acquisitions, and retail operations. Before this, she spent 13 years of her career in retail banking where she performed roles in wealth management, credit cards and branch operations. Arundhati holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Calcutta. She loves travelling and exploring different cultures. To date, she has lived and worked in three countries: India, the Philippines and the United States. Arundhati has two sons and resides in Bangalore, India with her family.
