Nicola Mendelsohn CBE
Vice President, Facebook EMEA
Nicola was appointed Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Facebook in 2013. She is the Co-Chair of the Creative Industries Council alongside Secretaries of State for DCMS and BEIS – a joint forum between the UK creative industries and government. She is also a Director of the Women’s Prize for Fiction, and a Non-Executive Director of Diageo. In 2015 she was awarded a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) for services to the creative industries. Nicola has previously held the role of President of the IPA (the advertising industry trade body) and was the first woman president in its 96-year history.
